Your doing the work, but are you really doing the work?

Have you ever heard that before?  I hear it all the time from my clients.  They justify the lack of results.  They are convinced that they can’t get results.  The pretend they can’t get results until everything is perfect.

The truth is your life is a journey, that you climb each and every day.  Will things ever be totally perfect?  Probably not.  Life is 50/50.  Some days are better than others, but you still need to do the work each day.

You have to stop and ask yourself, why am I doing this?  Why do I want to be healthy?  Why do I want to look and feel better, not just physically, but also mentally.

You need to take a step back and look at the life you are living.  Is this what you want?   If it is then great keep moving along.  If it is not, then you need to take responsibility for every result in your life.  If you want different results, then you have to change how you think about what you are doing, so then your actions will change.

Don’t dread doing that extra 30 minutes of cardio before work.  Or not having that glass of wine during the next happy hour.  Or saying no to something will take you away from your goals.

You need to ask yourself this: where are you running to? What is the destination you must hit before you take time for yourself? How much money do you need in the bank before you will splurge on YOU?

When are the excuses, “I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money” going to stop running your life?

For me, it was when I declared, “I’m worth it.” The rest followed!

If you struggle with self-doubt, or lack of confidence to do hard things, or just need a different way to look at something, I can help you.    Reach out today!  There is not better time then now!
