5 Day Bootcamp Recap!
I just finished up a 5-day Bootcamp for 2 amazing ladies. I just wanted to share my experience as well as there’s.
It is not easy doing 1 hour with me, and for them to do 3 hours in a row for 4 days, there deserve a big round of applause.
They logged over 8 miles in Cardio.
They did more than 1,200 Reps Lifting.
They found muscles you didn’t think you had.
They learned new ways to torture themselves with just a piece of PVC pipping. Aka. Foam Roller.
They learned how the mind is a powerful tool, that will get you to the finish line as long as you believe.
They learned that you can still do Hard things, even if you feel like you want to puke, 🤢, no giving up.
They learned how to fuel their bodies to workout and to live a healthier life.
They learned that when you eat right, you look and feel more alive.
Most important thing, age is just a number, and it is never too late to take control of your life and your body. You can do anything you put your mind to.
Over the course of the 5 days, I planned out a variety of things to do between lifting weights, cardio, body weight exercise, yoga, mindset work, Infra-red sauna, cold plunge therapy, compression therapy, massage therapy, healthy prepared meals, healthy recipes, and most of all a fun and motivating atmosphere.

I felt like I received quality attention, be pushed too limits I didn’t know I could and couldn’t do ☺️. This helped me know what to work on and how to move forward.

The delicious meals after the workout was an excellent ending to the day.
