You’re not too busy.
That’s a lie you’re telling yourself to escape from the truth – that those things you are not doing are simply not a priority in your life.
Instead of saying “I don’t have time for…” say “… is not a priority for me.”
Two amazing things will happen as a result.
First, a weight will be lifted because that lie you keep telling yourself will cease to exist.
You get the comfort and peace of mind of admitting to yourself that you just don’t want to do that thing.
Second, you may realize that that thing actually IS a priority and you’ll stop doing some of things that are not important to you and prioritize that important thing.
Take some time to reflect and plan and change and think about what you really want, what’s actually important to you.
That part of the process is easy.
Matching your actions to your “priorities” is the hard part.
But don’t lie to yourself about time.
You have all the time in the world if you simply spend it doing what matters to you!
